Step by Step Smoothies

Oh gosh, I needed a break from my politics essay, so wanted to share with you my favourite base ingredients to build a smoothie step by step, smoothies are a smart way to get a whole heap of nutrients, and proteins into one fast meal or snack, and they are perfect if you are short on time, need more nutrients in your life, or are a vegan or vego lacking protein.

There are about 1000 variations on green smoothies alone, so it’s fairly hard to get bored of them and they are great year round utilising seasonal ingredients. *Images my own or via Google.❤️
