Products I Emptied this Month

A few of my favourite bloggers include a post every now again of products they have recently finished and how they found it as a product and if they would repurchase.

My go to products are normally cruelty-free and are as natural as possible while still having enough ingredients to make a change in my skin

I will include any links to products below.

So here are my honest thoughts about 5 products that I gave a hard test to in the past few months.

Bare Minerals Complete Coverage Serum Concealer – I bought this at the start of the year and I love the finish, the buildable coverage and how easily it blends. It has a medium coverage and it’s quite pinky coloured on my light skin tone.  The only issue I have with it is that it creases but aside from that its perfect set with a translucent powder. I give this 7/10 and would repurchase as it’s also hydrating for my dry under eye area.

Tocca Emelia EDP –  I love Tocca perfumes as they are cruelty-free and long lasting and to me quite unique in their formula.  This particular scent is floral, fresh and somehow a little tropical. It was the perfect birthday gift! I would give this a 9/10 and the only reason for it not being a ten is the bottle is a little tricky to apply with.

Lush Oat Fix Fresh Face Mask –  This product is great in the way that it calms red and blotchy skin and is good for when I have eczema but I’m not in love with it. I think it could be more hardworking and it also only lasts for two to three weeks before you need to throw it out.  I give it 6/10 as I wouldn’t use this on a regular basis.

Lush Honey Lip Scrub –  I have constantly dry lips no matter what I do. I have found using a lip scrub when I wake up and before I go to bed helpful in removing dry flakes and for smoothing.  This smells and feels lovely and I do feel as if it makes a big difference when paired with pawpaw ointment. I would give this a 7 /10 only because it would be very simple to make at home, using sugar, honey and coconut oil but is perfect if you are short on time.

Antipodes Divine Organic Avocado and Rosehip Oil – This is one of my favourite face oils I have tried and a new favourite purchase. It not only smells lovely but also, absorbs quickly without leaving an oily residue which I hate.  My skin gets drier in winter and this really helps it. I would really recommend this if you have any acne scars or deep wrinkles. I apply this darling before moisturising. I give this 9/10, losing a point for the price point as you can find similar oils for half the price but I love this one.
